UTCC iSM students joined a special session on AI Chatbot Automation for Business, exploring how AI is transforming customer service and business operations in today’s digital world.

Students learned how businesses can use AI chatbots to improve efficiency, enhance customer experience, and create smarter communication strategies. This session also helped students understand the role of digital transformation in modern business.
