Muay Thai Power Up – Strength, Health, Self-Defense & Thai Cultural Experience at UTCCiSM
UTCCiSM students participated in the exciting Muay Thai Power Up session, designed to promote physical fitness, self-defense skills, and a deeper understanding of Thai culture. Through this hands-on experience, students learned basic Muay Thai techniques while improving strength, endurance, discipline, and mental focus.

The session emphasized the importance of health and well-being, encouraging students to stay active and build confidence in protecting themselves. In addition to fitness benefits, students gained cultural insights into Muay Thai as Thailand’s national sport and a symbol of resilience, respect, and tradition.
