Teamwork & Project Management – Practical Skills for Real Challenges

On 14 February 2026, UTCCiSM students had the valuable opportunity to join a special Project Management session led by Prof. Dr. Elmar Holschbach and Dr. Jörg Thiemann from Fachhochschule Südwestfalen (South Westphalia University of Applied Sciences, Germany)

The session provided practical insights into planning, managing, and delivering projects effectively. Students participated in a hands-on workshop where they applied project management tools and teamwork to solve real-world challenges, helping them develop practical project management skills, improve communication and collaboration, strengthen problem-solving abilities, and gain confidence in working in team-based environments.

This experience strengthened students’ global perspective and equipped them with essential skills that employers value, preparing them for future careers in international and business settings.
