Today, our ISM students had a fantastic experience at the Bangkokair Aviation Training Center (BATC) at Suvarnabhumi Airport. They had the opportunity to explore the role of flight dispatchers, visit the Operations Control Center, and learn about the impressive aviation industry—from cabin crew to pilots—gaining insights into crew experience and career development.
UTCC-iSM MBA students had a valuable opportunity to learn about TCC’s partnerships, operations, and the global economy from Dr. Kitsana Vachekrilas, Secretary General of the Thai Chamber of Commerce.
We greatly appreciated his presentation on the history of the Thai Chamber of Commerce (TCC) and the beneficial information regarding TCC’s directions: Connect, Competitive, and Sustainable.

UTCC-ISM would like to express our sincere gratitude to Dr. Kitsana Vachekrilas, Secretary General of The Thai Chamber of Commerce, for hosting a special session for 80 MBA students on several topics such as food trends, fair organization strategies, and dealer management, and providing valuable insights into the food industry at THAIFEX – Anuga Asia 2024 on May 30, 2024. It was a good chance for our students to explore and truly experience the global food industry.
The session focused on the World Class Sports Entertainment Industry, with a Case Study on How ONE Elevated Muay Thai to the Global Stage. Additionally, students had the opportunity to experience firsthand the atmosphere at One Lumpinee Boxing Stadium, which our students truly enjoyed.
She gave an inspiring talk on “Building a Bottom-Up Innovation Culture,” sharing her experience and insights on how to encourage innovation within a company.
We explored the history of green tea, observed the intricate production processes, explored the automated warehouse, and were inspired by their commendable recycling initiatives, all aimed at fostering environmental sustainability.
UTCCiSM students have had the opportunity to gain new experience in agricultural technology at Kubota Smart Farm. Our students have acquired a lot of knowledge about the use of technology in growing crops and raising animals. Additionally, they have experimented with agricultural technology. Plus, there are snacks for our students to enjoy too.
Our students had an amazing opportunity to dive into the real business world with the owners of Naraya, a textile products and accessories brand, Ms. Wasna Lathouras and Mr. Pasin Lathouras. It was truly an honor for them to gain invaluable insights into the industry and explore marketing ideas for the brand.
The Sentosa Story: Building the Visitorship from 3 million to 20 million by Dr. Kevin Cheong was a captivating focal point of our event on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at the iSM Lounge.
