UTCCiSM Students Explore AI Chatbot Automation in Business with Industry Expert from Bangchak Corporation

Students from the International School of Management (iSM), University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce (UTCC), enrolled in GE0138: Introduction to Business, recently took part in a special guest lecture focusing on AI Chatbot Automation for Business, reflecting the growing importance of digital transformation in today’s business environment.

The session was led by Khun Suwat Meemook, Advisor at Bangchak Corporation and former Executive Vice President of Digital Organization, Corporate Management, and Organization Development. Drawing from his extensive professional experience, Khun Suwat shared valuable insights into how AI chatbot automation is being applied across business functions to improve efficiency, customer engagement, and decision making.
