UTCCiSM Students Engage in Simulation Court Activity in International Business Law Class
During the activity, students presented case studies related to international trade law and actively debated legal issues from the perspectives of both complainants and defenders. The simulation encouraged participants to analyze trade disputes, interpret international regulations, and understand legal rights and responsibilities within a global business context.
The activity aimed to enhance students understanding of international trade regulations and the evolving landscape of global trade, while also developing essential skills such as critical thinking, legal reasoning, communication, and teamwork. By engaging in role based arguments, students gained valuable insights into how legal frameworks shape international business decisions.
UTCCiSM extends its sincere appreciation to Dr. Ukrisdh Musicpunth from the School of Law for facilitating and guiding the Simulation Court activity. His expertise and support contributed significantly to creating a meaningful and interactive learning experience.
This experiential learning activity reflects UTCCiSM’s commitment to integrating academic knowledge with practical application, preparing students to navigate legal challenges in international business environments with confidence and professionalism.
